a special message for my german-speaking readers:
the latest edition of the german-language Beat magazine, available on newsstands this week, features an article on making music wth the iPhone, and mentions the iPhone performance which i attended last year. along with the article is a photo of me during the performance! you can see a preview of this article and several other sections of the magazine here.
i have subscribed to Beat magazine for the past year and i can personally recommend it. along with the usual gear and software reviews, it features music recommendations and interviews not only with commercial artists, but netaudio and creative commons artists and netlables as well. not only that, the editor in chief @thomasraukamp and main contributor @tokafi are fellow netaudio enthusiasts and good buddies of mine on twitter.

I really have you to thank for your help, Travis, after all you pointed me in the direction of ZEE which got everything started in the first place. As you know, I just had a very interesting conversation with Björn Eichstädt, which once again opened my eyes and ears to the incredible potential of social music tools...
yay, finally a comment that is not spam :)
glad to help! bringing people together is one of the main goals of this blog- bringing together artists and listeners, performers and audience. i really enjoyed your interview with ZEE, so its a nice little feedback loop that we've created.
I agree. And maybe we should set up a blog especially for spammers? spam-messages getting spammed by spambots. They could go all wild there and leave us alone!
haha, great idea! the problem is, it would probably create a black hole of infinite blog posts and destroy the internet ;)
i once tried to get twitter auto-retweet bots to start retweeting each other, but it didnt work..
